Warranty Coverage

All ArtKoff products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use. Warranty service is available only after successful activation of the warranty card provided with your product.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in workmanship
  • Defects in materials under normal usage conditions

What’s Not Covered

The warranty will not apply under the following conditions:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or excessive use of equipment
  • Damage caused by external forces (e.g., impact, drops, or environmental conditions)
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual, including but not limited to:
    • Incorrect power supply usage
    • Improper installation or setup
  • Any product that has been partially or fully disassembled

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please ensure the following:

  • The warranty card has been activated
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
  • A detailed description of the issue, including photos or video if applicable

Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, and ArtKoff is not liable for any damage arising from misuse or abuse of the product. The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
