30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in unused and resellable condition.
  • Item must be returned with original packaging and all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@artkoff.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like a replacement, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
